Flood Relief for Vaughn, Susie, & Judy

My name is Cindy Vega and these are my parents, Vaughn and Susie Mowan. They, and my aunt Judy who lives with them, are victims of the devastating floodwaters that continue to rise in Harney County, Oregon! They are currently displaced as the floods continue to ravage their home! They do not have flood insurance and live on a fixed income. They will not be able to afford the repairs to make their home livable without some financial help. 100 percent of the money we can raise will go to help them restore their home.
