on 11/21/2016 an arson fire at 103 E Columbia St in Flora, IN killed 4 young black girls Keyana Davis, age 11, Keyara Phillips, 9, Kerriele McDonald, 7, and Kionnie Welch, 5.

This case has not been solved in over 5-years.

Someone is believed to know who is responsible. This fund is intended to incentivize individuals with information to come forward. The award for information is currently $5000. 2-weeks after Flora was determined to be a homicide - another equally tragic case occurred in Delphi, a town 8 miles west of Flora, in the same county. The double homicide of two girls in Delphi, IN has amounted to a reward of $250,000+.
