Citrus County School Resource Deputy Andy Lahera

Last week, Citrus County Sheriff's Deputy Andy Lahera a 14-year law enforcement veteran School Resource Deputy at Lecanto Middle School, was struck by a motorist following the senior graduation ceremony. His situation is severe but Andy continues to fight. He sustained serious trauma and suffered multiple broken and fractured bones. Currently. Andy remains in an injury-related coma under around-the-clock monitoring at a Tampa Bay trauma center.
