On May 29 at 11:59 PM my brother cornbread aka Eric Edward’s jr was struck and killed on the corner of Erie and Torresdale Avenue and was left for dead. After days of searching calling hospitals and checking the prison system it wasn’t until yesterday June 6th that the family and I started calling around to find out if he was in the morgue. He had Ben sitting there since the 30th of May. Being as though he was Muslim but wasn’t apart of the community here in Philadelphia our funds is limited and we are crush for time to bury him the Muslim tradition way. He left behind 3 children 2 girls ages 15 and 16 and a 3 yr old son.
