Dublin Flying Ducks Hockey Team

Hockey west Island PeeWee C Kings are hosting the Dublin Flying Ducks junior team for a friendly game in Montreal on March 18th 2017. The Ducks were invited to Canada and sponsored by the United Irish Societies of Montreal. The team will play a hanfdul of games and get to be in the Montreal St. Patrick's Day parade!

We are hoping to raise some funds to help with Flying Ducks travel costs as well help with their hockey program and equipment purchases. There is no permanent ice rink/arena in Irealnd so the Ducks practice on inline skates in a gym most of the time. They do get to use small temporary ice sheets for a few weeks around Christmas time. They also travel a  few hours to Belfast once in a while. to play on a full size rink.
