Running for Haiti 2017
Donation protected
We are five volunteers running the Miami Half Marathon on Sunday January 29 to raise money for Flying High for Haiti, a non-profit organization that runs a community school for 135 children on the island of Ile-a-Vache, a beautiful, dirt poor island in southwest Haiti with no running water, electricity or roads. Flying High pays the teacher salaries on a monthy basis and has built new classrooms. When Hurricane Matthew hit the island in October 2016, Flying High raised money to help rebuild homes and distributed donations of solar light puffs and food and clothing.
Help us reach our goal to build one or more classrooms at Ecole du Village.
We thank you in advance for your support.
We are David Adam, Nicole Rivera, Tatiana Ayala, Jennifer Santiesteban, Francisco Martin de Santa Olalla, Cesar Cerillo.
