Our house burned down

My name is Natalie. My husband and I lost everything in a fire on 01/01 after getting married 12/31. We lost 8 of the 10 animals, 3 dogs and 5 hedgehogs. The 2 two turtles survived. We have nothing but the clothes on our backs.

As I stood in what used to be our room I broke down and cried. Just thinking about how we could have died that night if we were home. God has plans for us. We were deterred from going home that night for a reason. We are lucky to be alive.

There was no homeowners insurance on the house so I upped the amount on the goal for this fundraiser. We both are grateful and appreciative of the love and prayers as well as the donations. Thank you all for helping us in this time of need.
