RENAL KIDNEY FAILURE

Good evening, afternoon or Morning,

Let me introduce myself, most of you know me by Mary Ann or Letti. I humbly come before you all on behalf of my Sis Nancee Ortiz and especially her husband Steve Calderon, he’s been battling with dialysis for the last 3 yrs. He has END STAGE RENAL KIDNEY FAILURE. He's in desperate need of a kidney transplant but his insurance only covers 60%. He does needs to come up with 30k . 10k is his deductible the other 20k are for test and surgery. Anything that you can provide or give will be humbly and greatly appreciated.

{This is not a joking matter nor scam.} His daughter is currently pregnant with his first grandchild. Let's give a helping hand so he can be present in his grandchild's life. Any prayers are also humbly appreciated.
