Below is her families story - every dollar helps, as we all know families especially now with the rise of rent, food, utilities who were making just enough a year ago are now being put in very challenging financial circumstances

Last August, my kids and I made the decision to move out of our home of 14 years into a new place in Stoughton. There were multiple reasons for this decision, not the least of which was the lack of upkeep to our property which resulted in what we considered to be an unhealthy living environment and a significant hike in rent without resolution of said upkeep issue. We were only given about 6 weeks notice to find a new place and ended up finding one that was suitable, but more expensive than we were used to. Unfortunately, the rising cost of living was more than our income could keep up with and we've now found ourselves dangerously behind in our household expenses and with new car problems as a result of increased mileage on my older car. I have applied for assistance from multiple sources and been denied every time. Apparently I'm just another one of the people who are on the borderline of the poverty level that fall through the cracks. My landlord has been extremely understanding, but I need help getting caught up before his patience runs out and my kids and I end up in a hole we can't get out of. I appreciate any help we can get at this point and Thank You to everyone in advance
