Soy Melinda de Jesús, mujer con muchas ganas de vivir, de 49 años, casada con José Rodriguez Ballester, madre de un principe y dos princesas y abuela de tres nietos hermosos.

El 23 de diciembre del 2017 lamentablemente fui diagnósticada con cancer del utero, leiomyosarcoma agresivo progresivo etapa lV.

Luego que el diagnóstico cambio mi vida nos damos a la tarea de batallarlo. El 6 de febrero del 2018 fui sometida a lo que fuese la 1ra operación para remover el cuello uterino, el utero, las trompas de falopio y el ovario izquierdo. A mediados del 2018 empiezo mi primer tratamiento de quimioterapia de 3 horas al día, una cada mes por 6 meses. Estuve soportando cada dolor que daban los efectos secundarios de la misma pero con la convicción de que iba a ganar la guerra.

Lamentablemente el tratamiento no hizo efecto y la enfermedad se movió para el ovario derecho siendo así la 2da cirugía el 15 de marzo del 2019 para remover el mismo. Luego de la operación se activa nuevamente el tratamiento de quimioterapia por varios meses más.

Gracias a Dios y a las quimioterapia el 12 de diciembre del 2019 se toca campana debido a que en los estudios salio todo bien y no habían residuos de la enfermedad. Luego de estar free cáncer por varios meses por desgracia en el próximo CT scam arroja nuevamente la enfermedad, esta ves metastisada en el pulmón y área peritoneal. El 19 de marzo del 2020 Se procede a lo que fuese la 3ra cirugía para remover 8 tumores cancerosos del área peritoneal. Uno de ellos midiendo casi 7 centímetros. Luego con tan solo 9 meses de esta tercera cirugía el Dr. decide la 4ta operación el 20 de noviembre del 2020. Está cirugía fue para extirpar el tumor del pulmon ya que me dificultaba el respirar. Luego de lo sucedido el Dr. recomienda un tratamiento hormonal el cual tampoco hace efecto y la enfermedad se va a los huesos de la columna vértebral, L2 específicamente é intestino

El Dr. buscando alternativas, ya que las químio no estaban funcionando, me refiere al hospital Moffit en Tampa para un estudio experimentar el cual no califique debido a que había adquirido quimioterapia en más de una ocasión.

El 14 de diciembre del 2021 se procede llevar a cabo la 5ta cirugía para remover un tumor del intestino ya que obstruia la evacuación. Luego debido a que los tumores se siguen multiplicando el Dr. toma la decisión de brindar una quimioterapia más agresiva y me da una dosis corrida por 24 horas, de 4 siclos, la cual tampoco funcionó.

El Dr. en conversación con el grupo de oncologos llega a la conclusión de tratar la quimioterapia más fuerte que existe la cual es brindada por toda una semana consecutiva (24/7). Luego de estar esperanzada en la quimioterapia ya que es la más fuerte y es suministrada por una semana consecutiva, la misma no le hace ningún efecto a los tumores y siguen creciendo. El Dr sin ningún otro tratamiento o alternativa de medicamentos tradicional nos recomienda hospicio y paliativo.

Debido a que estoy casi desahuciada recurro a ustedes para que en este momento de necesidad tratar un programa de medicina natural como última alternativa. Necesito rodearme de amor, cuidado y apoyo que puedan ofrecerme mientras me entrego con toda la fe del mundo a este programa. Mi esposo se está limitando en trabajar ya que necesito que me lleve a mis citas médicas, mis estudios, me cuide y sin contar los días y semanas que me la paso hospitalizada debido a los síntomas que ha creado la enfermedad en mi. Se necesitan fondos urgentemente ya que la medicina natural no es aceptada por los planes médicos y necesito llevar a cabo una dieta costosa, más los gastos básicos, los costos involucrados, y los recursos adicionales para apoyarme en mi bienestar físico y emocional.

My name is Melida de Jesus, a 49 year old woman with a passionate desire of living. I am married to Jose Rodriguez Ballester. I am the mother of a Prince and two Princesses. In addition, I have already been blessed with three grandchildren.

On December 23rd, 2017. I was unfortunately diagnosed with Uterine Cancer, leiomyosarcoma at the aggressive stage IV.

My life completely changed after this diagnosis, but we were determined to battle. On February 6th, 2018, I went through a surgery geared towards the removal of my cervix, uterus, fallopian tubes, and left ovary. Halfway through the year, I started my first three hour-chemotherapy. These were done monthly for six months. I endured the pain and all side effects with the conviction and determination of winning the battle.

Sadly, this treatment did not give positive results, and the cancer moved to the ovary that I had left causing a second surgery for its removal on March 15th, 2019. After this surgery, new chemotherapy treatment was scheduled for various months.

Thank God, on December 13th, 2019, I rang the bell of freedom of cancer! Studies showed that it was all cleared, and there was no residue of cancer! After being cancer-free for some months, a CT scan showed cancer again. This time, it was metastasized in my lung and peritoneal area. On March 19th, 2020, I went through the third surgery to remove eight tumors in the peritoneal area, one of them measuring over 7 centimeters. After only 9th months since this surgery, the doctor decided to perform the fourth surgery on November 20th, 2020. This one was to remove the tumor in my lung because it made my breathing difficult. I went through a hormonal treatment that did not work either, and the cancer moved to my bones, specifically to the L2 of my spine and also my intestine.

My doctor looked for alternatives because chemo was not working. He referred me to the Moffit Hospital in Tampa for an experimental study, but I did not qualify because I had received chemo therapy in more than one occasion.

On December 14th, 2021, they proceeded to perform the fifth surgery to remove a tumor in my intestine because it was obstructing waste elimination. Because the tumors kept multiplying, the doctor made the decision of administering a very aggressive chemotherapy that consisted in one 24-hour dose in four cycles. This one did not work either.

In conversations with the doctors and the group of oncologists, it was concluded to treat me with the stronger chemotherapy that exists. This one is administered for an entire week and 24/7. After being hopeful in this chemotherapy, we found out that it did not work and in fact, the tumors were growing. The doctor, without any other treatment or traditional medical alternative, has recommended palliative hospice.

Because I have arrived at this point, I am reaching out to all of you at this moment of need. I would like to try natural medicine as a last alternative. I need to surround myself with the love, care, and support you can offer while I surrender my faith to a natural treatment. This treatment requires that you have ample support in terms of logistics and financially. This is where I am asking for help though this GoFundMe.

My husband has limited his working hours because I need him to take me to appointments and to take care of me, not mentioning the weeks that I am in the hospital due to the symptoms caused by this disease. We desperately need funds because this natural medicine is not covered by medical insurance and also for additional resources to support my physical and emotional well-being.
