Food Banks & Local Businesses of VC

Hello! With the recent outbreak of  Covid-19 in Ventura County, many small local businesses have been struggling to make ends meet and pay their employees while remaining closed. Food banks in the area are also struggling with not enough food to feed the influx of people in need. 

Watching this happen all over the world and seeing it hit home has made me want to do something to help. I will be giving away 5 "care packages" on Twitter to 5 different people who reply to my giveaway tweet with the #jakexgivesvc. Each care package will include a video game console, toilet paper, hand soap and a gift card of the winner's choice. One care package will be given out for every $1,500 donated (up to $7,500 to start).

All of the proceeds from this campaign will be donated to small businesses, food banks and non-profits in Ventura County.
