Food, Beds, Shelter, Kids School Fees - For Kenya!

LightOfGodInDarkness is a grassroots charity based in Nairobi Kenya founded by Leviticus Nalianya.

We live by the word of God (following in the footsteps of Jesus) and we are out every single day in our local community working to help bring the word of God and his light to the people. The orphans, widows, poor, sick, disabled and abandoned. We stand in the gap for those in need with God on our side and do whatever we can to help.

In Kenya, many people in the villages that we look after live in great poverty and sleep on dirt floors without beds. (Sleeping on improper bedding such as old clothes and also being attacked by Jiggers (fleas) that attack the skin and cause horrible injuries).

Many mud homes do not have concrete floors, so we help to fix this where possible and also build and deliver beds for the villagers so that they can sleep well without these problems. When we raise enough funds there are many street kids (see our video) that do have food, clothes or basic needs and we assist to help out with school fees for the younger children to attend school where we can aswell.

After feeding many people over Christmas we are seeking funds to continue to do this wonderful work throughout 2024 and we would love your help!. We survive only on donations from the public and you can either donate directly to us or via this page.
