COVID 19 resulted in locked down of entire India for more than a month. There are many daily wage workers, auto drivers and lot of other people who can feed their families only if earn. It is becoming increasingly difficult for them to get a one time meal. State and central Government, non-profit organizations and other philanthropists are doing their best to reach out to as many people as possible. From Ayurway USA and Radhaas Ayurway India, we are also doing our part by giving rice, vegetables, other essentials and cooked meals for old people who doesnt have financial means or support. So far we have reached out to over 1000 people, with this fund we can extend our services for two more weeks. Every Dollar counts and it will reach to the needy with minimum overhead. Some tips from Ayurway to maintain our physical and mental health
1. Eating warm food, Cooked cruciferous vegetables, legumes and whole grains cooked with immune enhancing spices such as Ginger, Cinnamon, Garlic and Turmeric.
2. Immune booster soup – Steamed cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, carrots, quinoa, with sufficient immune enhancing spices cooked in ghee
3. Drink 1.5 to 2 Liters of warm water
4. Vitamin A, B6, B9, B12, C, D and E
5. Do yoga and stretching to keep our Lymphatic system active
6. Pranayama and meditation
7. Frankincense, Lavender, Tea Tree and Vetiver are very good essential oils to be used for Bath, Massage, Sprays and Diffuses. These oils have said to clear electromagnetic waves, anti-viral, helps in grounding us while our anxiety levels are high (Not clinically tested)
