Food For Life Wellness Hub

Its official! Since we've had such a positive response to our Food For Life project, we have decided to launch a wellness hub in Cardiff City Centre. Here people will be able access nutritious food along with yoga, meditation and mindfulness - something which is very much needed in today’s social climate. 

We are currently undergoing a major refurbishment to prepare for opening and need help covering some of the costs. This includes:
Painting and decor
Flooring
Electrics and lighting
Furnishing and upcycling

We aim to create a safe haven for people, including students or anyone who would feel the benefits, to come and unwind. Through healthy meals, useful tools and techniques for mental and physical wellbeing, everyone will be able to take something away!
