Help Us Remember Angelique and Support Collin

The small South African community in Darwin has been saddened by the tragic loss of Angelique de Wet's life, leaving behind her grieving husband, Collin Andrew. We are reaching out to you, our friends, family, and compassionate strangers, to lend a helping hand during this devastating time.
Angelique and Collin, originally from South Africa, embarked on a new chapter of their lives when they moved to Australia just six months ago. They were full of hope, embracing the opportunities, the freedom, and the natural beauty that Australia had to offer.
Tragedy struck on Sunday when a tree branch fell on the couple at the Darwin Botanical Gardens, resulting in the tragic loss of Angelique's life and leaving Collin with significant injuries. Collin is now faced with the difficult task of moving forward amidst this devastating loss, without the immediate support of family or friends in Australia.
Angelique, was a vibrant 28-year-old with an adventurous spirit and a zest for life, touched the hearts of everyone she met. She was more than just a happy-go-lucky lady; she was a beacon of joy and positivity. Her infectious laughter, warm smile, and kind-hearted nature endeared her to many.
In this time of sorrow, let us come together to honour Angelique's memory, and support Collin by alleviating the financial burden that comes with medical bills, rehabilitation, and the emotional toll of this tragic recovery.
Any contribution, big or small, will make a difference.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support during this difficult time.
