Food, surgical expenses , cerebellum cancer

Hi my name is Marisol Maldonado. And 2 years ago I go infiltrating break cancer. I had a mastectomy on my left breast. I though everything was perfect until 4 months ago that I started having erosive gastrists follow my sharp migraines , vomiting and vertigos. No one knew why the vertigo until I neurologist send me an MRI and find out that I have a cerebellum lesion. I Cant barely walk, I need a walker. Need to sleep sitting down because of the vomiting. I already lost 5o pounds. I need a special no gluten anti inflammatory diet because I have lympheeema on my left arm. I can barely breath. I'm always tired. I'm unemployed and only have The public medical Insurance and I Dont kbow if I Will have to pay for my head surgery.  And other expenses. I need to get better .   I have an adhd 8 year old that its my life and I need to be here for him. 
All I beg its help with medical expenses and a food services that can help me with my nutritional needs.
I have an appointment with a neurosurgeon next week. And im praying to God that I will be better for my baby. But i have to be ready.
