Hello! My name is Tiffany and I am an aspiring food truck entrepreneur! Food and cooking has been my passion since I was a child. Growing up in an Italian household with a Sicilian grandmother, it's only natural that a love for food is in my blood. I was destined to be a lover of all things culinary.
Growing up as an only child of a single mother, things weren't always easy. However, it taught me the importance of hard work and independence. I was raised with the "can do" mentality.
I started my culinary career in a corporate restaurant as a very "green" line cook. I quickly mastered all aspects of the restaurant, becoming a trainer & sous chef, opening two locations -- one on the east & west coast. After 5 years in the corporate world I decided it was time for a change. I made the 180 degree transition to a family owned scratch kitchen French bistro. Having not gone to culinary school, I learned more there about food and technique than ever before. However, the economic hard times forced me back into the nest and back to square one.
It was at this time I decided to seriously consider persuing my dream of owning my own business. It has always been a dream of mine to have my own food truck. Cooking amazing food when I want, where I want & with friends -- what could be better? Being able to share my culinary creations and bring my fellow cooks/chefs into the spotlight would be a dream come true. Its a dream job that I've always wanted, and something I am very determined to do. Food is a universal language and I love how it brings people closer together.
