My niece Simone is kindly requesting for your support, to help raise funds, in aid of funding her overseas Urology appointment, for treating her complex health conditions.

Simone is a young female, who has being living with a birth defect Bladder Conditon, known as Bladder Exstrophy. Unfortunately, the condition has deteriorated, affecting other organs, causing Uterus Fibroids, which is currently affects her Kidneys. Simone has been living with excruciating pain and discomfort on a daily basis.

Urologist specialist at the CLEVELAND'S CLINIC in London, recommend a urgent medical evaluation and treatment. To potentially prevent risk of Cancer or kidney failure.

It is known, funding for private Medical Consultations is ridiculously high.
