For Ava and Sean

Hello, Dear friends and supporters,

We find ourselves in a situation we never imagined we would be in. where we must turn to the generosity of our community for help. We are in desperate need of financial assistance to cover legal bills of a staggering $18,000.

I have come to the conclusion for the safety, and wellbeing of my children, Ava, 13 and Sean, 11, that I have been left with no other choice but to fight for full custody. I did not make this decision lightly. The reasons are well founded, unfortunate, and sad. It is well known that child custody cases are some of the most stressful situations a family can find themselves in. and I am sorry and epithetic to anyone who has had to endure it.

I did not want to do this. But. As a Husband, a Father and disabled veteran I have learned that there comes a time when one needs to step up and say Enough!

I know times are tough for most of us and any amount large or small would be apricated and go a long way to help. I want to assure everyone that EVERY penny will be going to paying the legal costs. If you are unable to donate I understand, just say a prayer for us.
