For Bryce and family set up by Kaz Cava and FS Maerdy

Hi, this is one of the saddest fundraisers I have done to date but I know any financial support will be very much welcomed by the family as a previous go fund me that was set up for Bryce money was stolen. I know beggars belief doesn’t it.

I met Lindsey, Bryce mum, when my granddaughter was rushed into hospital last year , she took it upon herself to help me to get to the Children’s intensive care ward and after listening to my ramblings about Darcie- Mae who is now fully recovered , told me her story.

Bryce, despite being really well beforehand was on 19 May 2023 diagnosed with Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma ( fusion Positive ) the family were given the devastating news that there was no cure and Bryce condition was terminal.

Bryce has sustained many hospital treatments and visits throughout the last year but unfortunately on 5 May 2024 the family were hit with soul destroying news that , unfortunately a mass had been detected on Bryce brain and they were told the cancer was spreading and if he was given 5 days of radiotherapy the mass could possibly be shrunk. Sadly following this treatment 2 more tumours were found in his head and the outcome was that Bryce was left with minimal time ………maybe weeks before he gained his wings.

Bryce turned 15 on 9 July 2024 but his health I’d rapidly deteriorating. Bryce is such a brave boy even planning his funeral. No child or mother should have to face this.

Ive always been brought up that one kindness deserves another and Lindsey was my angel on the day we met , I would like to offer my help back to the family in need at this terrible time
