For Chris: A Loving Father and Grandfather

UPDATE: Celebration of life is on Saturday, January 18th at Torches in Petaluma from 12 PM to 3 PM. Looking forward to seeing you all there. 

In Loving Memory of Christopher Anthony Merkelbach.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, friend, and son Chris. Chris is survived by his son Cody and granddaughter Isabella. Chris was a selfless man, a man who always put others before himself. He would give you the shirt off his back. He loved spending time with his family and was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone and everyone. He loved his family and cherished the time that he spent with them. We will miss him very much and think about him every day that goes on. We know he’s watching over us and pray that he’s in peace and reunited with his beloved parents.

We are raising funds to cover funeral expenses and to support our family during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated.
