How do I tell you that I feel that I am dead?

I had a nightmare about my family last night.

Bombing everywhere.

People running.

Bombs hit in front of me.

People were injured inside the house.

I saw an F16 coming...

I took my sisters and parents and ran away

and seconds later our home was rubble.

When I'm awake, I feel dead.

When I try to sleep, I dream of death.

I know I have PTSD, but how can I heal

when every day is the same? More death.

More suffering. More of this sh*t occupation

killing my people, my friends and my family.

April Update: My name is Doctor Mohammed AbuIssa. I began working in Al Aqsa Hospital as an emergency doctor over a year ago and then was volunteering full time without pay since the start of the genocide. No words can describe the horrors we face daily in Gaza, especially in the emergency room, where I practice.

My family's home and farm was bombed around October 17th, just after I arrived home from work. Bodies of my family were thrown against the door of the house and the gate... We lost 22 members. Now, I have evacuated to Egypt to care of my younger brothers, Amro and Saeb, who attend University, as they were left without an income source when my father's Engineering employment was destroyed.

I need your help to raise funds, not only to evacuate my parents, Saed and Samah, and my little sisters, Hala 10 and Jana 8, but also to restart our life as a family. Right now, there is no food entering Gaza and the costs for what is there is out of reach. My sisters go hungry. My mother passes on meals so that Hala and Jana can feel full.

And my father is in incredible pain with a spinal bulge that needs surgery.
If he can be evacuated, we have a doctor in Germany who will perform this surgery.
