For eye surgery for Duane syndrome

Hi we are young professional family due to coving aswel as personal reason we have needed to start from nothing 2 times in last 2 years and didn't work much cause my husband needed to attend obligatory army in Greece and I was on maternity and our daughter it's turning 2 soon and need this operation to help her vision aswel ad her posture and head tilt so she will not have problems with back and neck pain later iff you can help with anything we would really appreciate it thank you
