Kim Porter is battling breast cancer

Kim Porter pictured with Ariyah 2, almost 3, and Amayah almost one year old.
I met Kim a little more than 5 years ago. She married one of my best friends. Well, he is more like a younger brother! I met James in Canby, Oregon back in 2008 or 9? James was at a biblical conference (Love4Israel) that I also attended. During that conference James and I sat up for most of the night outside on a bench discussing biblical stuff and the conference. We became friends that day.
Over the course of time I knew that James wanted to be married and was actively looking and praying for his wife to be. Eventually, he did meet his wife to be, her name is Kim.
Both James and Kim were leaving their thirties when they married. Kim chose to relocate her entire life to Beaverton, Oregon. She left three adult children and their families to marry my buddy and to start a new life and a new marriage. Her previous marriage...well, that's her story to share.
Needless to say, getting to know Kim these last five years has been...OUTSTANDING!
Nearly three years ago James called to say they were expecting a child, "Really, you're kidding right?" A year or so after this news, I receive a 2nd phone call, another baby was on the way! I won't share the intimate details about both pregnancies but, trust me, James and Kim were just as shocked as was everyone else. Actually, I can say with confidence, James and Kim were far more shocked than I could ever have been. They had taken steps to prevent babies at their ages, go figure?
They are people of faith and so two little girls were born.
As I write this my friend Kim Porter is struggling through the nightmare that is breast cancer. Kim was diagnosed with this disease a few months ago. She was admitted to the hospital a few days ago. Her husband cannot see her due to the Covid Virus nor can she see her daughters.
I was given permission to set this Go Fund Me page up, James needs help. They all need our prayers. My buddy called me at midnight, last night. He was distraught, trying to make sense of all of this as he revisited meeting the perfect wife nearly 6 years ago.
Many of you don't know James & Kim or his two daughters. Nevertheless, many of you know me! I am going to ask you to consider helping financially this father, one of my closest friends on this planet. I have tried to imagine being in his shoes as he moves closer to 50 years old raising two babies. We need Kim to be present, healed and able. This is the voice that we are raising up before the the place of HIS presence, our Abba, our Father through the blood of our LORD. My entire spirit cries out for this family before HaShem, our GOD. I think about this situation virtually every day. Please help the Porter family. I am not able to guide GOD'S hand on this matter or any other matter. We are however, praying for a miracle.
Kim is the mother of 5 daughters with two of her daughters in diapers.
Her other children live in different states with their families. Money is not something they have as they all grapple with what is happening.
The medical expenses are mounting. The situation is urgent. We are all waiting to hear the prognosis and treatment. I asked James if I could do this. He was trying to figure out what he could sell. They need people to care and people to help. Show your love folks.
Thank you.
Oh, I am Jeff Morton. I live in Puyallup, WA. I am doing this for one of my closest friends. I would like the funds to go directly to the Porters not to me?
