Hello everyone my name is Keith Walker I'm not good at this usually I'm on the giving end, but life has taken its tool on me. October in the middle of the night I was having pains that got worst each night until I couldn't bare it any more I asked my wife to take me to the hospital just to find out my kidneys were completely gone. Imagine that finding out you don't have any kidneys. I didn't even know what all the kidneys did for you. After all they told me I was shocked. I've been on hemo dialysis were they clean your blood by completely taking out all your blood out of your body putting it through a machine that puts it through a filter very draining. Now I'm on pd it's better than HEMO.

So to speed the story up I recently checked our accounts and the are probably good for 1 more month. I haven't been able to work under my condition and my wife I'd doing her best to manage our expenses, but she just started her hair business and, hair clients are coming in slow. Pouring my heart out if you can help please do.
