Permanent set of 4 on 4s for my top teeth

Hi my name is Amanda Hill. I’m 30 years old about to be 31 soon. I have two beautiful boys and I’m recently going thru a divorce after being in a marriage of almost 7 years. Recently will be a single mom raising my babies and I desperately need help to get my permanent top teeth done. I had what is called a 4 on 4 on my bottom row of teeth and then I had it done to my top. I lost my teeth after my two pregnancies and breastfeeding. I have my temporary top 4 on 4s but I’m in desperate need to come up with the money for my permanent top to be done. I work as a server at Cracker Barrel and work all the time. I’m in hopes to get this done so I can go move forward and be set for life at 30 with my new teeth and pretty smile! This is worth a shot and there’s no shame in asking for help! I would greatly appreciate any help toward this for me. I want to have my confident smile back I lost and take the weight of this big payment off me. Thanks so much and to God be the Glory!
