For our brave superhero Reggie & his family

Reggie is a 4 year old little boy from Morley who has been diagnosed with Medullablastoma, a cancerous brain tumour in June this year . Thankfully, the tumour was removed but he has been left with a small part of tumour which spread to an inoperable part of the brain.

He was also left with a condition after his surgery called Posteror Fossa Syndrome, which left Reggie unable to walk, talk, move or eat. His rehabilitation is well underway now, and Reggie has already seen a huge improvement.

Reggie now has a long journey ahead with lots of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in Manchester where Reggie and his family will have to relocate for a number weeks. His rehabilitation will continue on as he moves through his journey of fighting cancer!

We are holding a sponsored walk to raise funds for Reggie, we will be walking 10K on Monday 26th August where we will all be dressed in bright colourful clothes. Rainbow is Reggie’s favourite colour. We want to brighten up the streets on the 26th August, and show our support to Reggie and his amazing family at this difficult time.

All funds will go to supporting Reggie and his Mum, dad and big brother. We want to show the incredible support and backing that Reggie has. His smile is infecious and his personality it incredible, he really is one of a kind. Hes a real life super hero in everyones eyes.
