Team Giovanni

This 13 year old boy and his family has just
stolen our hearts. Born with Schwartz Jampel
Syndrome, Giovanni  Hamilton has endured
16 extremely painful surgeries and
excruciating recoveries— with many, many
more on the horizon. As a mom who knows
the trauma of 2 terrifying surgeries for my son Nic, I am bonded to Giovanni’s mom through
that magical mom bond that exists between
women who share life’s gravest challenges
with our kids. The actual “biggest Eagles fan there is”, he
inspires me every single day with his smile, his pure joy for everything he loves (his family, his friends, and his Eagles podcast), his dreams,
and his willingness to speak out loudly and
fight for a world that exists without bullying. 
I’m launching this fundraiser to help their
family to offset some of the massive medical
bills they have piling up and to give them the
gift of precious time with their kids—without
the crushing anxiety of surgeries, bills, and
travel expenses to and from all of Giovanni’s
