FOR OUR MADDIE GIRL

Hi. my name is Tammy Stavinsky, and I am fundraising to support one of the sweetest girls I have ever met. Maddie Damas is our daughter's best friend. Maddie and her mother were admitted at Children's Hospital for 34 days due to Maddie feeling pain and numbness on the lower left side of her body, which ultimately revealed a very rare malignant tumor diagnosis ("undifferentiated high-grade sacral sarcoma"). They were admitted for 30 days before learning of her diagnosis.

Maddie has the most beautiful personality and she brings joy to everyone she meets. Her smile with her little dimples brightens up our world.
