For Ralph’s injuries-funeral (Thornton’s clerk)
On Thanksgiving, November 28, 2019, there was a robbery at Thornton’s in Prospect (Oldham
County). One of the clerks, Ralph, was terribly
injured as the getaway vehicle fled.
Ralph is known to most of us here in the
community because of his kind heart and warm
smile. He has touched many of us and over the
years has become more than just a clerk.
Neighbors stop in to say hi to him or even bring
him dinners or treats.
If you are not aware, Ralph has been suffering
from some health issues recently. However, this
has not stopped him from coming to work and
sharing that warm smile every time we walked in.
Our hope is to help Ralph with his hospital bills or any other bills he may have. He will be in the
hospital for a time and no doubt have to take time off from work as he recovers
If you can help in any way, every penny will go to
Ralph directly. He is currently at UofL Hospital if
you prefer to reach out to him directly.
I am proud to be part of such a wonderful small
community that cares so much for each other.
Let's show Ralph he is also part of our community.
Thanks in advance for your generous donation. ❤️
Dorothy Zimmer is Ralph’s daughter /
beneficiary and will in charge of distributing
funds to his wife.
