For Richard, mom, and family
Hello all,
My name is Emily Hemingway. My story isn’t a happy ending like we all dream of having. It starts two years ago when I met the love of my life, my soulmate, my mcromance, my moon and stars, Tyler. It was instantly that I fell in love with him, his smile, his gorgeous personality, I fell in love with a little bit of myself then too. Tyler made you love yourself. He made you love life, Tyler was life. We were together for a year when we got blessed with two joys our little bundle of joy, Richard and we got engaged. We wanted a fresh start for our son and our life, so we moved to the state of Georgia. Just when life gets better and gets going, starting a family, in a whole new life that was meant for happiness. Tragedy struck our little family. What started off as a normal ordinary day on October 24th, talking about life and dinner, turned into a mother’s worst nightmare, a fiancé world crashing to a halt, a family tragedy. On the night of October 24th, tyler passed away. A mother lost her son, a fiancé lost her husband, family lost a sibling, an 8 month old son without his daddy. Life will never be the same without tyler. But all that tyler cared about was his family, especially his son, he was a proud devoted father and husband. His first thought talking to coworkers was showing off his little boy and his milestones. Seeing his boy smile and laugh at him made Tyler light up. Tyler would want his son to have everything he’d ever need in life. If you would like to donate to help our little family in this difficult time of grief, we thank you. Anything donated will go to an account made for Richard, for anything he’d need now and for the future and to help the family during this difficult time. In the wake of this tragedy I ask you to hold your loved ones close. Enjoy the little moments, keep hope alive. Life is short. Live life to the fullest with every passing moment. Keep your head up in the darkest moments. Reach out if you need help. All money donated, provides anything Richard needs now and for the future, Clothing, toys, gear, to be prepared for anything. As he continues to outgrow things, sometimes faster than mommy realizes. T would always tell me if I’m slacking on a toy or two and always was my mediator about them at the same time. Never in life do we ever expect this kind of earth shattering tragedy to happen in our lives. But Tyler would want nothing but the best for his son and for his family. No matter the pain, the struggle, the hardship, the good and the bad. Tyler always but his son first. He helped and loved those closest to him and stuck by his side through it all and still continue to be here for us today. We appreciate everything and everyone that’s helped us and donated so far and whoever would do so in the future. Tyler would be proud of his son the most. He’d expect nothing but the best care. We thank anyone for even reading our story. We thank everyone for the love and support and appreciate your donations.
