For Sara Hughes - Surviving Cancer

Hello friends and family!

As many of you know I was diagnosed with breast cancer in October 2022. I started chemotherapy treatments in December of 22. Since then I have undergone 3 treatments and the side effect are worsening. I have 3 more chemo treatments to go and will be continuing with injected targeted therapy treatments for the rest of the year.

I am currently living on my own and my ability to work has become limited due to the side effects of treatment. Living alone, I am having difficulty paying the bills. I’ve been driving ride share for Uber on days that I feel well enough. But with what they call chemo brain, (brain fog) dizziness ,constant diarrhea, nausea and vomiting I’m finding very few days that I am able to drive.

I am asking now for help from anyone who finds it in their heart to donate what they can.

The funds will be used for rent, car payments and insurance, electricity , phone and gas to get back and forth to treatments.

please know that this is very difficult for me to ask and that if I wasn’t in this position I would never impose upon you.
