It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the tragic and untimely passing of our beloved Adnan Issaoui. At just 30 years young, Adnan was taken far too soon, leaving behind a family broken by grief and a community mourning the loss of a kind, selfless soul.

Adnan was more than just a father, son, and brother—he was the heart and strength of his home. After the tragic killing of his father in November of 2011, Adnan stepped into the role of the man of the house with quiet courage and deep love. As the only boy among three sisters, he carried that weight with grace, always putting his family first. He was his mother’s rock—her protector, her source of comfort, and the last man in her life. Now, after already losing her husband, she is faced with the unimaginable pain of burying her only son.

عدنان لم يكن مجرد أب أو ابن أو أخ، بل كان قلب البيت ونبضه. منذ أن فقد والده بشكلٍ مأساوي في نوفمبر من عام 2011، تحمّل عدنان مسؤولية أن يكون “رجل البيت”، وأدى هذا الدور بكل صمتٍ وشجاعة وحب عميق. كان الابن الوحيد بين ثلاث شقيقات، فحمل على عاتقه مسؤولية العائلة بكل فخر، واضعًا أحبّاءه في المقام الأول دائمًا. كان السند لأمه، وملاذها الآمن، وآخر رجل في حياتها. وبعد أن فقدت زوجها، ها هي اليوم تواجه ألمًا لا يُحتمل بفقدان ابنها الوحيد.

Adnan leaves behind two precious children—a bright, loving 6-year-old daughter and a sweet, joyful 4-year-old son. He was their hero, their safe place, and their entire world. The bond they shared with their father was something special, and his absence leaves a silence that can never truly be filled.

This GoFundMe is being created to support the people Adnan loved most. The funds raised will go toward funeral expenses, care and stability for his children, and support for his grieving mother as she navigates a life that’s been turned upside down once again.
