For the family of Austin Angstead, OlyMtFab

Hi there, this is Haley, Austin Angstead's sister. Today, I'm reaching out with a heavy heart. We're all devastated after losing Austin, my adventurous and caring big brother. This fundraiser is all about supporting his incredible wife, VA, his amazing kids who lit up Austin's world.

Life took an unexpected turn when Austin was in a tragic accident at the King of the Hammers in California last Friday afternoon. He lived for his family, his friends, his four-legged best friend Ollie, and, of course, anything with wheels – especially if it involved offroading or even Volkswagens that he adored since he was a teenager. Austin was the kind of guy who’d drop everything, any time to help a friend or someone in need.

We’ve set up this fund to take care of the immediate things like my brothers cremation and bringing him back home to Washington. But it’s more than that. It’s about making sure VA and the kids are taken care of, just like Austin would have wanted.

Austin was always spreading joy and that can-do spirit. Your support means keeping that spirit alive. It’s about coming together, sharing memories, and making sure VA, Tucker, Briar and Aryan feel the huge amount of love Austin left behind.
