For the family of Sharon Dwyer

My name is Evie. I am setting up this GoFundMe on behalf of and in memory of Sharon Dwyer, to help her family—husband John and kids—grieve in peace without having to worry about expenses related to Sharon’s truly unexpected and shocking passing.

Sharon was a beautiful and wonderful light in the bookish community where I met and knew her. We bonded over Stephen Graham Jones books and our respective back surgeries. She was always so kind, generous, and thoughtful. A true friend.

I have no doubt that, from the little I knew of her in the bookish community, her kindness, generosity, and thoughtfulness was just who she was with everyone.

I will cherish every moment I had with Sharon. Our world has much less light in it with Sharon’s passing.
