It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Angelina Christina Cranmer on November 15, 2023 at 7:06 am.

Angelina was the daughter of Brian & Anna Cranmer, mother to 2 beautiful young daughters Mariangeles "Madi" & Sophia, whom she cherished and loved so much. Sister to Brianna Cranmer Sona, Sister In Law to Danny Sona, Aunt to Jazzlyn and Great Aunt to Evelyn Grace. She also leaves behind Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, friends and 2 of 4 beloved 4 legged babies.
Angelina Christina Cranmer was born July 2, 1980 in Atlantic City New Jersey. She began her life in Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ. In 2007 she moved to Punta Gorda, Florida with her entire immediate family. This was only months after delivering by emergency c section her first born child Madi at just 2lb 13 oz. Madi was the light of her life. It was all due to Angelina developing multiple embolisms in both lungs. But that did not stop her, you see Angelina was a fighter.
In 2010 Angelina moved with her family to Port Charlotte, Florida, and there she lived, only then to have another blessing, another gift from God, Sophia. Angelina was so full of life, she loved helping everyone she met. She was always there when she was needed. Angelina has had many careers beginning with Cumberland Farms, then to Viking yacht, she was a photographer, she sold LuLaRoe and Paparazzi. She was a Manager, a Social Media Creator, an Associate working for a local college and more. She brought joy where ever she hung her hat. Her smiles, laughs and personality stole many hearts, and she will always be missed.

So, what happened to Angelina Cranmer? She was a young, vibrant 43 year old women who loved life, her children more than herself, her family and her friends. And how did one family cope with such an emotional roller coaster filled with so many unnecessary trials and tribulations.

Here is Angelina's story and how you can help ease the pain and the burden from a family that has given so much to so many others.

In the late hours of October 8, 2023, not long after kissing her children goodnight, Angelina was found unresponsive in bed and was rushed to a free-standing ER by the EMS. (?) What we understand at this time was that Angelina was immediately placed on a ventilator.
It wasn’t until a few hours later Angelina would be transferred to the actual hospital which was only a few miles from her home. Only then would her parents be contacted for next of Kin. The pain that morning in my dear friend Anna's voice was so unbearable that I immediately packed my bags and headed to Port Charlotte.
The waiting period felt agonizingly long for Angelina’s family as they grappled with fear and worry. Finally, after what seemed like hours, they received the devastating news “Angelina had suffered a stroke”. Yet what transpired next, not even a few hours later the gravity of the situation became even more severe, her parents were informed that she had now experienced a severe brain hemorrhage from the Heparin given to her and now required emergency surgery (EVD) to be performed at her bedside to alleviate the pressure on her brain that caused her brain to shift and swell. The words spoken that day to my dear friends were devastating.

Angelina’s family turned to what they believe would provide them the best outcome. Their Faith in Jesus Christ. Day after day Brian and Anna found solace and strength in prayers. They sat holding the hand of their first-born daughter. To say It was amazing to witness is an understatement. They received support from their entire family, friends and the community.

Days went by and despite the grim prognosis from the Doctors, Angelina began exhibiting remarkable signs of hope. It was against all odds that Angelina began breathing on her own, only needing the assistance of a small collar of oxygen, even after being told she would remain on a ventilator forever.

Then another miracle happened, Angelina began following commands. She would move her feet when prompted. This just after they advised us that she was paralyzed.

This glimmer of progress filled all her loved ones with more than just hope; it reassured them that Angelina’s fighting spirit was not lost and God had been working behind the scenes. I remember saying she is just someplace else right now skipping down the road smelling the roses. There are so many other moving parts to Angelina's passing, and I have witnessed so much, but at this time I cannot share them.

Let us remember Angelina for her beautiful soul and her ability to brighten any room she entered. Her selflessness and willingness to help strangers without hesitation, just like her Mother. The impact she had on others was immeasurable, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her. Please continue to pray for Angelina's entire family. Please consider a donation of any amount to ease the burden and the financial distress this family is under right now. Anna and Brian have always given with their whole hearts, never asking for anything in return. Now it is our turn to do for them. They are all completely heartbroken and devastated, not to mention overwhelmed.

It is Now, in the aftermath of Angelina’s passing on November 15, 2023, her family finds themselves facing the unimaginable void. It is with great passion for the entire family I help to write this.
No one is ever prepared to lose a child, no one is ever really ready to say goodbye. No child is ever prepared to lose their mother. Madi and Sophia are left behind, the weight of grief is compounded by the financial challenges that lie ahead.

Angelina did not have insurance, she was not prepared to leave this world. Anna and Brian have stepped up the best they could, as it was only just a year ago they found themselves suffering for the 2nd time an unforeseeable tragedy due to Hurricane Ian. Insurance Companies do not cover many damages, especially in Florida.

I am asking for help so they do not have to. Help us ease the financial burdens placed on Angelina's family. There are funeral expenses, medical expenses, expenses for Madi and Sophia, expenses for her puppies, bills and other unforeseen expenses. It is with this in mind that we have set up this Go Fund Me.
We ask that you please Share this Post and Donate today.
