FOR LUKA, WITH LOVE

This is Luka, my sisters 3 year old Husky.  This week he got sick.  She thought it was something he ate and took him to the vet and that's when everything went bad.  She was told he had pancreatitis.  That he probably wouldn't make it, that he had an obstruction.  But she wouldn't give up on him.  She didn't want to not try all she could to save him.  He was in a lot of pain and had to stay at the hospital.   They were hoping he would begin to drink so she could take him home and see if he would do better there. He just kept getting worse. They did still do the surgery fix the obstruction that was there at the time period but this morning his labs came back and again hes just getting worse there's another obstruction that they can't operate on. They told her that he had maybe a 10% chance to make it through it but he would do it in a lot of pain. So right now as I write this she is on her way to the vet to say good bye to him. She did all she could for him. I'm just asking anyone who's had a pet and loved them like family like we do, to maybe make a donation to help her out, as the bill is much more than the goal.  I thank you in advance even just to read this.  You will be missed Luka.  See you at Rainbow Bridge.
