Tabitha's Story ;
My Niece Tabitha Nicole Fiorenza  was born on Feburaury 16, 2001  with a  weak heart . She received a heart transplant September of 2008 she was only 7 years old  .
Tabby has been in and out of hospital yearly . Just recently .The anti-rejection medication made her kidneys fail and while receiving dialysis she went into cardiac arrest.  They couldn't bring her back .Tabby just turned 17 years old she  had a driver's license a job at Burger King .she went to homecoming dances and kissed a boy. She was always on her phone texting or Snapchatting . Her life was too short however her memory will last forever. We all  love you very Much .Rest in peace Beautiful Angel . Fly high
