For the passing of Zavier Patton

Zavier Patton was a very good, wise, and beautiful soul. He was senselessly taken from this earth on 8/15/2020 in a drive-by shooting. He is now on the list of innocent victims of crimes. Zavier was 19 years old and about to start his second year at California State University Northridge. This young man has overcome and accomplished quite a bit at this point in his young life. Within the past decade, he lost his mom after a long illness where he was instrumental in the care and assistance she needed on a daily basis. After losing his mom, he allowed his sisters and brother-in-law to look after him. Zavier known to some as “Z or Zay” was a quiet and pleasant young man. At that time was in middle school and making good grades. He left a good impression on everyone he met, and everyone speaks highly of him. Z was an awesome high school student that worked hard at everything he set his mind to and was always willing and ready to help any and everyone in need. He was pleasant to be around, he exuded good energy and love. Along with his good grades in school, he was also a very good multi-sport athlete, just google “Zavier Patton” and check out his bio. With all of this going he did the work it takes to secure scholarships and grants to further his education and accomplished it. His attempt to continue on his second year in college was senselessly denied, cut off. This young man was an example of exemplary character and inspiration, just ask his older sisters and brother-in-law he lived with for the past decade. The funds will be given to Zavier's older sister Krystal King. Anything helps.
