As some of you may know Jesse Hill was in critical condition at an intensive care unit in Reno for two weeks. He was involved in some type of incident with a stranger in Truckee on Saturday night (6-18-16) that left him unconscious with severe brain damage.
Early Saturday morning (7-2-16) he suffered a devastating stroke that took away his brain function. In respect for his wishes they are moving forward with organ donation. He will leave this earth having helped many others with his passing.
Jesse was the production manager for my sign business First Impression Sign Company. He worked at F.I.S.C. for 14 years, starting when he was 25. He had been running the shop for several years. Jesse is like a son to me and we are crushed and lost without him.
However, at this time myself and many others are wanting to help Sheri Goff “The love of Jesse’s life”. She has lived with Jesse for 11 years now. Jesse’s income was their sole income “at this time”. Sheri is left with a lot to deal with right now.
I am sure she will find strength and persevere, however we would all like to help her out during this crisis and transitional period. We are hoping to get her enough money to pay rent and other immediate expenses for a few months through Go Fund Me donations. Hopefully we can also get enough to provide her with some grief counseling as well.
As you may have noticed there is another Go Fun Me drive initiated by Jesse’s family to pay for possible legal and medical expenses should they arise.
This Go Fund Me account will be specifically to help “Sheri.” I know this is what Jesse would want. Jesse and Sheri have no savings to draw from, yet Sheri is hesitant to ask for any help. So... myself and a group of friends are taking it upon ourselves to ask for her. Please help in any way you can. And please pray for Jesse, Sheri and Jesse’s family.
