Hi, my name is Hayden Kelley, and I am a student filmmaker studying at SAE Institute in London. My team and I are looking to raise funds to increase the production value and send our film out to film festivals.
- The film follows Darren Pines as he struggles through the loss of his mother. Now, he is living alone in his family's childhood home which is being foreclosed on. He is determined to save his house at all costs. This is when he decides to sacrifice a part of himself and sell his kidney literally.
I'm making this film because while the scenarios in the film are extreme, the issue of no-fault foreclosures is a big one, especially in large cities like London. My hope is to shed light on this issue and hopefully stop people from making radical life changing decisions.
