Forever Home for Veterans

Hi, my name is Dorothy Jackson; I run a Medical Foster Home For Veterans. I live with my Veterans 365 days a year. They are my family, and that's how I treat them. I provide a safe and stable forever home for veterans, I have been open for eight years, and the place that I am renting has decided to sell their property, Which would force me to move. I am making this fundraiser to ask for help with the down payment on the home where I currently house the Medical Foster Home Patients. I don't want to uproot the Veteran because this would be too much for them; this would be a very stressful situation; the Veteran's family entrusts me with their loved one, which would also hurt them. This is not a job to me, I love what I do, and I have cared for the elderly for thirty years. I appreciate everyone who can donate to help me have a home for life for these Veterans.
