My name is Tasha Rattray. I am the mother of 17 year old Keyaira Rattray-Brothers. She was fatally shot down and killed on December 6, 2022. Sadly her killer made her part of his killing spree. As you can imagine this tragedy is very devastating to my family and I. Unfortunately we were not prepared for this horrific act that took our daughter away from us.
