 Hello Everyone This is Alex Reese Council and my daughter is Phylicia Shareese Council . On July 28 2024 she was gunned down in mass shooting in Rochester NY while attending outside community event in the park . Serval guys came to the park and just started shooting and my daughter got caught in the cross fire and died in surgery. There was also another young lady who died in the mass shooting as well. I am personally asking you to help Me with whatever donation you can do the more the better and most of all get justice for my daughter Phylicia Shareese Council . Thank you and please keep praying for our family  She grew up a very happy girl. She always liked to be around her family and friends. Phylicia worked with special needs children at a Hillside group home for ten years. And while she had no children, her dad says she loved those kids like her own. This fundraiser will go towards finding the killers as a reward. As her father I am very grateful for all the love that has been given for my baby girl… She loved life and was living it to the fullest. Once again I appreciate all the prayers and support for everyone. Please if anyone know something say something.
