Forklift Fundraiser

Want to join Sustainable Renton in making a difference? Sustainable Renton operates a Free Grocery Store every week in the parking lot of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church. For over a year and half and over a million pounds of foods we have been handing out free groceries and other products to Renton residents.

The forklift is used to move pallets of food each week. We use it to move food from trucks to storage containers then storage containers to their respective distribution points.

We currently have a 6 month rent-to-own agreement through Northwest Forklift, which leaves a $20,000 balance that will need to be paid by December 31, 2021.
