Former Army Mechanic who is homeless with his dog

Hi, I am a friend of this homeless man named Pat who lives in the woods with his dog Nibbles. I decided to start a go fund me to see if I can raise enough money to be able to give him a used RV to provide a better living situation than how he is living now in the woods. Recently Pat and his dog Nibbles got hit by a car while walking the roads at night and he's able to walk a lot better now but he's still struggling being able to move his toes. The majority of his belongings have been vandalized or stolen and his tent is no longer sustainable as it has many holes in it and his items had been soaked in the rain. He's been through so much and people avoid talking to him because he is homeless. He doesn't have any family present, just his dog with him everywhere he goes. He wants to be able to get out of his situation and better himself but it's hard for him considering he doesn't have the right resources. If anyone could help in any way in donating to help him to just be able to have a better place to sleep at night it would be greatly appreciated. If you live in the Chester area you may have seen him a lot around the Target on Weir Rd. Anything helps.
