Former student-athlete need medical attention

Hi! My name is Christopher Sodom. I am student-athlete from Africa. A basketball coach blackmailed me with deportation, used me for his team then left me injuries. I’ve been in constant pain for years because I do not have health insurance. I graduated and got married but I am still awaiting a work permit.
