Formula 4 Women Doing It Big

Formula is a youth centered empowerment organization that uplifts, empowers and inspires minority communities. How To Rock Your Crown is a workshop designed to help raise confident , ambitious young queens from our communities. Our goal is to create a change of mindset, one that shifts how they see themselves  and allows them to overcome limitations.  To give them a strong sense of self so they can create the life they want and so that no one can tell them who they should be. We want to change how they see themselves and teach them to reflect it in their standards, goals and values.

We're raising money to take 10 brown girls ages 12-18 to the Women Doing It Big Conference in NYC!
WDIB will expose our queens to females in various industries who look just like them and are making a huge impact.  It will be two action packed days of intensives , networking, celebrity meet & greets,  gourmet lunch, gift bags and so much more.

We hope to cover as much of the girls expenses as possible, as well as their transportation and event t-shirts. Our girls will leave awakened and inspired to pursue their dreams to the fullest extent.

Please extend a helping hand in getting our queens to this life changing event.No Donation is too small and would be very much appreciated. If you make a donation of $50+ we will enter a child of your choice into a drawing to be one of the 10 girls selected to attend the conference! I
