Forrest Hooper would have been 9 years old on Monday. His life was cut short on October 3rd after a fatal hit and run in Chesapeake. I work with his father and the last thing this family should have to worry about are funeral expenses. The family is aware of this fundraiser and said they are grateful for all of the support and that he is the Proud Parent of an Eagle Scout that will soar forever.
