Forrest Morrow leg surgery

Hey my name is Forrest Morrow, I am solo traveling though Australia in a van checking out the beautiful coastline and beaches surfing all along the way. I came across some incredible waves down south and happened to get myself in a bad situation on one of the slabs. I pulled into a barrel at evening time and happened to snap my leg in two places. Luckily some Auzzy boys were walking up the beach as I made a long paddle in they carried me up the beach as my leg clicked back and forth in agony. They drive me to the nearest hospital 45 mins away and we cut my suit off. Took X-rays and ended up having two spiral fractures of the Tib and Fib I was then taken in ambulance to another hospital an hour away so they could preform surgery. I had a rod put in about diameter of the index finger running from my knee to ankle. Stayed in the hospital for three days and now I’m going to try to make it back to Hawaii to get some love and help from family and friends. I ended up with some nice bills from the hospital, surgeon, and transportation side of this journey and if you happen to have something to donate I’m so greatly appreciated and thankful.
